Food is great in Japan. Their quality of service is a world top class. However, for some reason, their coffee is very average. Finding a good coffee in Japan was as hard as finding a rare Pokemon, I thought.
One of very few places where we managed to score a good coffee was Bluebird Coffee Shop in Hiroshima. It was standing just in front of the Miyajimaguchi Train Station, so it will be hard to miss. Make sure you grab a cup before you jumping onto a ferry to Miyajima.
